Terms of Service

By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, and that any minor in your care using the Services does so with your consent. You may be asked to provide accurate, current and complete information — such as email, billing, payment and shipping details — and you warrant that you have the right to provide it. You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, and you may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to anyone else.

We make every effort to represent our products and services accurately, but colors and appearance may differ depending on your device and its settings. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or match what is shown online. Product descriptions may change at any time without notice, and we may discontinue a product or limit quantities offered to any person, region or jurisdiction.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. asf3000 may accept or decline your order at its discretion, and an order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and have received and processed payment. We may be unable to change or cancel an order after acceptance, so please review it carefully before submitting. Purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our refund policy. You confirm that products are for your personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when the order is placed, as stated in the order confirmation. Unless otherwise noted, listed prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, duties and import fees. Where a promotion’s terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion’s terms prevail. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information, and you warrant that your payment details are valid and authorized, and that you will pay all charges incurred at the posted prices, including shipping and applicable taxes.

All delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand the goods to the carrier.

The Services — including all trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, audio and their design, selection and arrangement — are owned by asf3000, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or perform, republish, download or transmit any material without our prior written consent. The asf3000 and Shopify names, logos and marks are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We may give you access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, and we accept no liability arising from your use of them. Any use is entirely at your own risk, subject to the third-party provider’s terms. New features and tools we add in future are also covered by these Terms.

The Services may link to third-party websites and materials that we do not investigate or evaluate. Accessing them is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for their content, or for any harm related to your dealings with them. Review the third party’s policies before you transact, and direct any complaints about their products or services to that third party.

asf3000 is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services; however, sales and purchases are made directly by asf3000. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and asf3000, including any injury, damage or loss arising from purchased products or services, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all related claims.

Personal information we obtain through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, and certain information may be subject to Shopify’s privacy policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information to provide and improve the Services, and information you submit may be shared with Shopify and third parties in countries other than your own.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute it for any purpose, including commercial use. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to your Feedback and that it complies with these Terms. We are not obliged to keep Feedback confidential, to compensate you for it, or to respond to it, and we may monitor, edit or remove Feedback we consider unlawful or inappropriate. You may not use a false email, impersonate anyone, or mislead us about the origin of Feedback, and you are solely responsible for what you submit.

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We may correct errors and change or update information at any time without prior notice, and we may cancel an order — even after it has been submitted — if any information was inaccurate.

You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use them: for any unlawful or malicious purpose; to violate any law or regulation; to infringe intellectual-property rights; to harass, abuse, defame or harm others; to submit false or misleading information; to send spam, chain letters or unsolicited advertising; or to impersonate any person or entity. You also agree not to upload viruses or malicious code; not to reproduce, resell or exploit any part of the Services; not to harvest others’ personal data; and not to use bots, scrapers, automated devices or AI tools, or to interfere with or circumvent the security and access-control features of the Services. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms.

This section applies if you use, permit or deploy an agent to access or interact with the Services. An “agent” is software or a service that performs autonomous or semi-autonomous actions on behalf of a person or entity without direct supervision. Agents may not access or interact with the Services unless they always disclose their identity and operate strictly as required here, and they must stop if we ask them to. We may restrict agent access by technical or other means. An agent must: (i) identify itself in every HTTP/HTTPS request via a user-agent string in the form “Agent/[agent name]”; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate that access is from an agent, including by mimicking human behavior or completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs; (iii) respond honestly to prompts that ask whether the interaction is human or automated; and (iv) not evade measures intended to block, limit or control agent access.

We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Services at any time, without notice, at our discretion. You remain responsible for all amounts owed up to the date of termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, feedback, termination, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, severability, waiver, entire agreement, assignment, governing law and privacy — continue to apply after termination.

Information provided through the Services is for general information only; we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness or usefulness, and any reliance on it is at your own risk. Except as expressly stated by asf3000, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, asf3000, its partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers and licensors, and Shopify and its affiliates, will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or replacement costs — arising from your use of the Services or any product obtained through them, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless asf3000, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any loss, damage, liability or claim — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right, or from your access to and use of the Services. We will notify you of any such claim, may control its defense and settlement at your expense, and you agree to cooperate.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the unenforceable part will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with any policies we post for the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements or communications, including earlier versions of these Terms. Any ambiguity will not be construed against the drafting party.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any attempt to do so is void. We may assign or transfer ours without notice or consent.

These Terms, and any separate agreement by which we provide the Services, are governed by and construed under the laws of, and in the federal, state or territorial courts of, the jurisdiction where asf3000 is headquartered. You and asf3000 consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Headings are for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

The most current version is always available on this page. We may update, change or replace parts of these Terms at our discretion by posting to our website, and it is your responsibility to check for changes. Where required by law, we will notify you of material changes, which take effect on the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
